In 1998 DCR Engineering started in-house fabrication of custom control panels and as of today we have shipped over 7500 panels. DCR is a UL 508 Certified panel builder in a 7500 sq. ft. facility. Panels include lift station controls, well pump controls, industrial PLC I/O, pump station controls, water treatment controls, wastewater controls, citrus processing controls, phosphate pump controls, and environmental monitoring stations. Our standard high end construction techniques feature stud welding to secure interior wiring harnesses, threaded 'rib' nut compression fasteners for all components (no tapped screws), powder coated sub-panels, and powder coated white SS enclosures to mitigate solar heat absorption and reduce corrosion.
