DCR Engineering has been supplying turnkey Fire Station Alerting and Automation systems since 2004. Our NFPA 1221 compliant FSA systems trim response times and improve tactical accuracy by linking directly to 911 computer aided dispatch centers and automatically directing the proper response units directly to emergency sites. On average we are able to cut 72 seconds in response time of a single station dispatch with significantly higher times on multi-station dispatches. Our system utilizes proven Motorola ACE technology with over ten years of proven FSA deployment. The DCR/Motorola ACE Fire Station Alerting (FSA) system is designed to simplify, automate, and manage all dispatch, toning, and station security processes - one system designed to operate the way you do. Our system has the following features:

• Dispatch operator direct voice announcements to any and all stations
• Multiple dispatch capability – up to 8 concurrent events simultaneously
• Graphical Alerting Console – dispatch via dedicated monitor using custom alerting graphics software
• Remote Dispatch – alert stations from remote laptop or Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
• "Acknowledgment" for each alert – dispatch receives positive acknowledgment that station was alerted
• Ramped Alert Tones – reduces fire fighter and paramedic stress
• User-customized Alert Tones – unique incident alert tones
• Zoned Station Alerting – toning and voice announcements to select zones of speakers
• Bunk Room Alerting and Bunk Room Illumination – ramped alert tones and lighting directed to specific bunk room zones
• Remote Fire Station Control to turn off appliances, open/close bay doors, control station lighting, control station audio (PA), control traffic signals, activate exhaust system, abandoned baby drop alert, monitor security cameras
• Multi-zone station wide audio and visual alerting using high intensity LED bar lighting, stack lights, scrolling marquees, etc.
• Automatic Reset – system automatically turns off and resets lights and tones to prepare the stations for the next call
